Korean Embassy Visit Program

14 July 2009, MUSC staffs led by the Assistant Dean for System Development and Technology, Assist. Prof. Dr. Somkid Amornsmankul, four staffs and six B.Sc. students in Mathematics, Plant Science, Physics, and Biology, visited the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, Bangkok. They were welcomed by H. E. Chung Hae-moon, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Thailand and Ms. Kim Eun-young, the First Secretary, Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Embassy Visit Program.

Main purpose of this visit to the Embassy is to obtain background information on society, culture, and education of the Republic of Korea and also seeking possible future collaborations and long term relationship. During the visit, the MUSC students were interested in scholarship and traveling in Korea.
