Abstracts Submission	1 – 26 April, 2025 Deadline is 26 April, 2025 by 16:00 h.
Poster display	22 May, 2025 – All presenters set up their posters on 23 May, 2025 from 13:30 h.
Conference Rehearsal Date	22 May 2025 (Plenary Talk @L01 / Short Talk @L02 ) – All oral Presentions are required to upload their files on 22 May 2025 from 13:00 – 13:30 h – The Rehearsal runs from 13:30 h
