Rationale

Currently, the job market in the sciences demands personnel with expertise in both theoretical knowledge and its practical application in real-world situations. As the world transitions into the era of Digital Transformation, technology and innovation play a pivotal role in driving the creation of modern and cutting-edge work models that cater to the needs of the new generation. Consequently, traditional classroom learning may not suffice to develop these essential skills. Recognizing the significant contributions of young talent, many organizations prioritize their development, anticipating exceptional and beneficial outcomes in the future.

Mahidol University, Faculty of Science, through its Educational Affairs Division, acknowledges the importance of career pathways for students and alumni. Therefore, the MUSC Job Fair 2025 is organized to serve as a platform for networking and job applications with employers. This initiative provides an opportunity for current students, graduating students, and alumni of the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, to explore and pursue careers aligned with their knowledge and abilities. It also fosters valuable exchanges with organizations and strengthens collaboration between the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, and public and private sector employers.

To provide current students, graduating students, and alumni of the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, with access to the job market for employment, internships, part-time work, and further education.

หลักการและเหตุผล

ในปัจจุบันตลาดงานของสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ มีความต้องการบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญทั้งในด้านทฤษฎีและการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ในสถานการณ์จริง และโลกในวันนี้กำลังก้าวเข้าสู่ยุค Digital transformation เทคโนโลยี หรือนวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ เป็นเครื่องมือที่มีบทบาทอย่างมากที่จะช่วยผลักดันให้เกิดรูปแบบการทำงาน ใหม่ ๆ ที่ล้ำสมัย และตอบโจทย์คนรุ่นใหม่มากขึ้น ดังนั้น การเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียนอาจไม่เพียงพอที่จะพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นเหล่านี้ และหลายองค์กรได้ให้ความสำคัญในการพัฒนาคนรุ่นใหม่เพราะสามารถสร้างผลลัพธ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมและเป็นประโยชน์แก่องค์กรได้ในอนาคต

มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ โดย งานการศึกษา ได้เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญในการเลือกเส้นทางอาชีพ ของนักศึกษาและศิษย์เก่า คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จึงได้จัดโครงการ MUSC Job Fair 2025 เพื่อเป็นสื่อกลางในการพบปะและสมัครงานกับผู้ประกอบการ ตลอดจนเป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาทั้งที่ยังศึกษาอยู่ ในปัจจุบัน และนักศึกษาที่กำลังจะสำเร็จการศึกษา รวมทั้งศิษย์เก่าคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการเพื่อสามารถเลือกทำงานในสายอาชีพ หรืองานที่สนใจตรงตามความรู้ ความสามารถของตน และเป็นโอกาสที่ดี ในการแลกเปลี่ยนกับองค์กร อีกทั้ง เป็นการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือกันระหว่างคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กับองค์กรภาครัฐ และภาคเอกชนในการจ้างงาน

วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ

1. เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาที่กำลังจะสำเร็จการศึกษา นักศึกษาปัจจุบัน และศิษย์เก่าคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล สามารถเข้าถึงตลาดแรงงานสำหรับการทำงาน การฝึกงาน การทำงาน Part time และการศึกษาต่อ
2. เพื่อเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลแนะนำอาชีพ ลักษณะงาน และแนะแนวทางการสมัครงานให้แก่นักศึกษาที่กำลัง จะสำเร็จการศึกษา นักศึกษาปัจจุบัน และศิษย์เก่าคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล
