Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Poster presentations are required for presenters of short talk and poster presentations.
- Recommended poster orientation size: Portrait, A0 size, 84.1 cm (33.1 inches) wide x 118.9 cm (46.8 inches) high
- The poster must be expressed in English letters and the name of the topic must be the same as shown in the submitted abstract.
- The poster should contain research topics, objectives, experiments, results and discussion, conclusion/summary, including the researchers’ list and their affiliation.
Note: Badge of research institutes and scholarship/funding agencies must be affiliated. Download logo : Faculty of Science / Development and Promotion of Science and Technology Talents Project (DPST) - Each poster must be displayed all day long as part of the exhibition gallery for public viewing exhibition program on 22 May 2026.
- Presentation time (90 min) are assigned as follows.
– Poster Session 1 (Odd Number) : 10:30 – 12:00 h*
– Poster Session 2 (Even Number) : 14:45 – 16:15 h*
* Times are subject to change as necessary.
Note: Presenters are kindly requested to be present at their posters during the poster viewing session for discussions and evaluation.
- Posters should be mounted on Thursday, 21 May 2025 from 13:30 h onward and must be removed by 18:00 h on 22 May 2025.
- Please mount your poster on the poster panel marked with your poster number. Mounting/fixing materials will be provided and distributed on-site in the poster area.

Contents/Data
- Constructive title/Adequate and informative contents
- Concise and clear goal/objectives
- Scientific writing and organization
- Logical, clear, and informative results
- Language/overall readability
Poster Style
- Poster layout, design, and color
- Visual quality and balance between text, figures, and tables
Presenter
- Ability to explain scientific work.
- Ability to reply to scientific questions.
- Personality: confidence, organized, authentic, generous, engaging, interactive, and others.
